Its not something that will knock you out , but it does make me feel more relaxed and has helped me reduce my dependence on sleep aids.

For me it didn't work. why should i put something in my body if it doesn't work? waste of money

I was about to purchase this as it contains mag bis, valerian, passiflora & chamomile.. adding L-theanine would be good too but the main drawback is it has silicon dioxied. it is not good for the kidneys, they could have used natural anticaking agent. when your doing full tablet natural, why not this one ingrediant.

Not effective

The ingredient stack is on point and the amount is also of each ingredient is right. now, I need to put it into the test to see the results. theoretically, the supplement is awesome.

Absolutely no improvement even after a month of usage. Broken sleep and thoughts stirring up for most of the night.

Didn’t made any difference, but problem became worse.
