Coats & Clark Inc. Dual Duty Plus Denim Thread, 125-Yard, Denim Blue (3)

I had to almost put my camera on top of the jacket in order to see the thread. This was important because I mistakenly put a long stitch on the wrong side instead of a tiny stitch on the outside when I was tacking the fabric onto a jacket I was up cycling. I thought oh no now I’m going to have to cut the stitch and redo it so that no one will see this long stitch on the outside of the jacket but when I looked I couldn’t find the thread it was invisible it blended into the color of the denim so I just went back in and tapped the long stitch down a little bit so that it wouldn’t stick up and kept going. The other photo isWhen I zoomed in and put the phone almost on top of it in order to get a picture so that you could see that there actually is a piece of blue denim thread there.

I've previously ordered this Coats & Clark Dual Duty Plus Denim Thread and I consider it the 'perfect' thread. I use it to make doll overalls and jeans, and to repair my own jeans. The color is great for most denim and the thread never pulls out of breaks. I'm greatly satisfied with it. Thanks Coats & Clark!

I really like the denim thread, but it feels kind of coarse and lumpy. Meaning, the thread is not uniform in thickness, and is not smooth. Leaves lots of lint, too, and kind of clogs the machine.I can still use it though, so I won't send it back.

This thread blended in with my jeans so well that when I had to take some stitches out that were too tight I couldn’t even see them with great lighting and perfect vision. But, I can’t fault the thread, only the beginner learning to hem jeans with it (me).

The nearest shopping is about 40-miles away so getting this at about 2-bucks per role and not making a drive to do so is a winner. Not much you can saw about thread other than Coats is good, it works on my quilting, the price was excellent and delivery was free.

Purchased for mother who sees on the side. It worked for what she was needing but not quit up to her regular standards

It's an even diameter filament wound on a spool with smooth circumference. The color is even and perfect for denim clothing.

Best thread to quilt with. Sturdy and durable through the wash Doesn’t fade
