Sono arrivate 20 penne rosse e non 50. Io non le volevo rosse ma blu Non ha funzionato il servizio di assistenza in quanto avrei voluto restituirle ma nessuno si degna di rispondere. Intanto a me le penne servono. In questo caso devo dire che non funziona bene l'assistenza ai clienti Sono delusa
