Works well at half the price of others
This is the first time I've purchased weights like these, so didn't know quite what to expect. I'm pleased I bought this brand! The cap can be easily removed by pressing the buttons on either side, yet stay on so snugly, it's impossible to pull them out without pressing one of the buttons, which is what you want.The top piece will easily slip over the cord, and installation is a snap. Highly recommended!

Exactly What I Needed
These were perfect. Two had broken off of our window shades. It made it extremely difficult to open them. We ordered these through Amazon and they arrived in perfect condition. We were very pleased.

May not weigh same as your old cord weight.
For our smaller window the cord weight was fine.For our larger window the cord weight was not heavy enough but I was able use the metal weight from the old cord weight.I did however have to file down the old weight to fit new cord weight.
