The parts arrived on time and at this point appears to be heaver than the original equipment cord. I have pluged it in and it works GREAT! no more static, cutting in and out, If I buy more I will buy it right here.

I needed to replace my communication cord when one of the pins failed. This cord works as it should.

As advertised. Arrived a day early. Completely satisfied.

Looks to be high quality and it fits.

The sound quality is good. The problem is that it is so quiet (even at full volume) I can only hear it in my garage without the engine running. Turn on the engine, the sound is virtually non-existent - and Gold Wings are not that loud. Impossible to hear anything out on the road. I re-checked the placement of the speakers and connections. The cord is new and the connection between upper and lower cord is nice and tight. I am afraid I just wasted a lot of money on two 787 Elite headsets. So disappointed.

Although the product was easy to install, it seemed very bulky and the mic boom was very flimsy. Very hard to hear when talking.
