In Texas there is a new law that you need to show the front plate it was never in-forced, but now it is and i got a ticket or two and with this i got them taken off. Worth every penny and has saved me from more tickets. Easy to install and took no more than 5-10 min. very easy and very good product. If you need a plate in front, but don't want to have it permanent, buy this it keeps my car looking good and works like a dream. Ps. I have a Camaro ZL1 front facia and since its very low i have scraped most of the plastic and it jams sometimes but its not the plate holder problem. I have hit the plate hard on concrete you know how you take care of this lol

Moved to Ohio and had to have a front plate for my 2016 Charger. Dodge does have 'dimples' in the bumper to install their front bracket, but the factory one is horrible cheap plastic and the idea of drilling holes into the front of the car was not something I wanted to do. I still had to drill a couple of small holes in the bottom of the bumper but the rubber inserts were a tight fit (be sure to use the right size drill bit - it is CRITICAL.) I was able to use one of the existing bumper screws and provided bracket to mount the back half of the plate holder. I would recommend sealing the rubber inserts with epoxy if possible to ensure they won't work their way out. The whole operation took less than 15 minutes, including jacking up the front, locating the best mounting point (I opted for dead center), drilling the two holes I need to, then assembly. Quick. Easy. Legal. And looks like it part of the car. Thanks guys.

Received on time and it is surprisingly well made. Fit the car well and functions as advertised.

Very convenient to be able to retract during a car show and flip up to drive home. I would buy again.
