How much calcium per serving? How much magnesium per serving? How many servings per container? THank you

The bottle says there is 230 mg of Calcium per svg (3 rounded tsps), and 350 mg of Magnesium per svg. It also states there are 60 svgs (3 rounded tsps) per container. I only use 1 rounded tsp. per serving and it works miracles for tight muscles. I'm afraid 3 tsps. would cause very loose stools.

Can I add this to my warm chamomile tea to help sweeten it up? AND still get the same effects?

I always add it in my tea at night, it helps me sleep. I use different teas and have mixed it with camomile.

The search listing says this is 16oz, but once on the page the title doesn't say that, and it shows an 8oz bottle in the pic. Which is it?

I've purchased this several times from amazon - this listing always sends a 16oz bottle. Yes, funny the picture shows the 8oz version, but I suppose it would be silly to have two different pictures of the same exact bottle with the only difference being the quantity size. Just make sure you have the right size selected before ordering and you'll receive the right product.

Container states serving size is 3 tsps = 1 TBSP = 7.5 grams. Also states there are 60 servings per 16 oz container. This product has been working for me. I used to get frequent leg cramps; calves and hamstrings. Since taking this I now rarely have them. Follow the instructions for mixing. Heat 4-5 oz of water in microwave for about 25 seconds on high, then mix in the product. It fizzes and totally dissolves when done this way. It doesn't dissolve as well in cold water.
