Very helpful
I was very confused for practice.. before i am watching YouTube try to practice but it was not helpful. After orders book. I just practice only 1 week i got, it was very easy focus my study. I got 5.5 bands.. Overall i very satisfied this book.. I recommend must buy books..

表紙や裏面のあちこち汚れていましたが、製本に問題はありません。 元々高い本ですし、このお値段なら我慢できます。どうせ使い込めば汚れていくし、中身に問題がないので良いですが、オーダーから到着まで3週間くらい？そこだけ−★で。
