i quite like this product, works well for anxiety, i do have concerns taking it as i'm quite a heavy drinker and wonder about the state of my liver as gotu kola can have liver interactions.... but if you're reasonably healthy, i think its good stuff..

Very earthy taste

I’m always sceptical about health products manufactured by small companies in places like China and India. You have to hope that they are safe to use and don’t contain anything dodgy. The herb was recommended to me by a doctor from Sri Lanka for memory and stress so thought I’d give the herb a try. Ive only just received the capsules today so my review score is reserved at the moment. The powder is encapsulated in a tough dissolvable plastic that seems to stick in the back of the throat. Because of this I think I’m going to split the capsules and mix in to food.Will monitor over the next few days.Wondering if I should have gone to Holland and Barrett but let’s see

Is good product

I was suffering after catching Covid with brain fog. The first time I took a tablet and that went away. Brilliant product!

I haven’t seen any effects yet but will continue using it a bit longer.
