The media could not be loaded.  I bought this phone case because I was going to Belize and knew I was going to be surrounded by water. Thank goodness I did! We ended up going to Moho Caye where we did lots of swimming and made plenty of Sandcastles. I got some amazing pictures of us snorkeling and my phone was submerged in water for over 30 minutes straight. No sand got in my phone case. Only one or two drops of water got in and I think that’s because I must have accidentally messed with the cover over the charging port while I was in the water. All in all this phone case survived two weeks in Belize. In and out of water consistently. Dropped multiple times in many different forms of earth; like sand, dirt, rocks and mud. Yet my iPhone is still in perfect condition. I got so many compliments. And was happy. I could capture so many memories of my family without sacrificing where/how I took the pics. 10 out of 10 but definitely buy this again.

It was great for about a week, I installed it correctly with the guide left in the box and I made certain it was secure. I dropped my phone accidentally and the case took it, but it created a little test in the plastic cover; which then proceeded to completely tear off overtime. I was satisfied greatly when I first started using this product, it is indeed waterproof and it actually made my phone speakers louder, but the screen cover tearing upset me greatly.

I really like the phone case. I did the water test, making sure to sit something on it. It said to leave 5 minutes. Needless to say, I got busy preparing dinner and left it 25 minutes! It was great. No water inside. At this point it appears I made a good purchase. I have made one discovery I need help with. With the case on, my wireless charger doesn’t pick it up to charge. My previous phone worked great on the charger with the case on. This one I’ve had to take it off to get the phone to charge and that’s a daily hassle. Any suggestions from the company because I really like the case and don’t need to purchase a different charger? EDITED TO ADD ADDITIONAL INFO. I have now purchased a MagSafe charger. I needed one that stands, rather than laying the phone flat. My phone kept sliding off because it was too heavy for the stand. My husband created this little gadget to stop it from sliding - better than sitting a jar under the phone so it didn’t move. Works perfect. I am now happy with my “equipment”.

Overall good case just doesn’t withstand a simple 1ft accidental drop , had it for only a few months and it had fell from the couch and a corner piece of the back cover broke off exposing the waterproofing seal. So now i dont have the waterproof function.UPDATE : After contacting the seller regarding my issue , they were understanding and displayed amazing customer service throughout my conversation with them. They shipped out quickly a replacement free of charge even after being outside the amazon return window , WOW!! 10/10! Definitely will be updating from 3 star to 5 stars, will definitely be buying more products from them.

Love the case but my screen is already peeled up did not hold and is leaking water.

Great case. Except, the bottom of the carving port fell out. Not sure how or why but it deemed it non water proof anymore. Contacted seller and replacing item. Grateful. But overall sturdy ,easy to intall, and sleek.

FELT GREAT VERY HEAVY DUTY PUTTING IT ON. I HAVE A PHYSICAL JOB, COUPLE DROPS IN I NOTICED IT WAS LOOKING PRETTY ROUGH. COUPLE BIGGER DROPS IN AND IT WAS DONE. IT PROTECTED MY PHONE THOUGH. NOT A SCRATCH ON MY DEVICE. BUT THE CASE DIDNT LAST AS LONG AS MANYU OTHERS IVE USED IN THE PAST. IN FACT. I PUT THE PREVIOUS ONE BACK ON AFTER THIS ONE BROKE. HAVENT PURCHASED A NEW ONE YET. These cases like to crack on the lower corners. I usually have to buy at least one oer year.
