this is a booster vacuum pump to hooked up in parrell with the engine vacuum (ip28) and not stand alone (up30).

Q: I have one of these pumps on my 1967 Charger and it only pulle 18.5" and shuts off. I there a way to get it to pull the advertised 2'2-23" vacuum?

Yes install a in line check valve between the pump and booster
