WORKS GOOD AND STILL GOING NICE
NICE PRODUCT Initially ( for 45 sec - 1 min ) it has some connection issues during installation, later it began to connect and works very well with the WIZ APP I have been using past 7 months and no issue still now and the problem is there only limited colour range but it works well on automation and other wireless features like on/off , colour change , music synchronisation The brightness is good in " COLD MODE " The Size is 2 - 3 inch short compared to an traditional tubelight

Loved the battens
Excellent battens. The light is non-flickering, and the battens are very bright; I like how they perform. The installation was easy and straightforward. If you’re not comfortable installing it, an electrician can install one batten in under five minutes. The battens appear sleek and modern. Energy efficiency is good because the lumens per watt is high. They perform well. Of the eight we bought, one had an issue connecting to the network. We had to invoke the warranty to get is sorted, and honestly, the service part was a near miss. A couple of follow-ups had to be done (and mind you, in a Tier 1 city). But overall, Philips has been a trustworthy brand, not for nothing. I’ve reduced one star for the after-sales service near miss.

Worst product and worst service
The tubelight stopped connecting within 3 days. No longer accessible through your mobile, Alexa or any smart stuff. Now, that it doesn't connect you cannot use the dimming feature not change of colour. It is as good as a dumb tube light accessible through the switch. The real fun starts now, I reach the Wiz support, the app that controls the tubelight. And also Philips. The wiz support ran some tests with me, asked me to download certain app and declared the tubelight is faulty and needs to be replaced. He says raising a ticket and I will soon get an email. No email received. Meanwhile I directly wrote to Philips customer care and I get a response after 3 days that open ticket with wiz support. Now wiz says since you got mail from Philips we close this case. I had to make them understand I never got a replacement email. After 8 days of follow up, each person trying to chat well and saying they are doing something, nothing happened. Then , finally after lot of follow up, one person calls and says we will send replacement. On the 11 th day, one person from Phillips gives me an address of a store to go and check there if faulty, they will replace. If this was the solution that I need to go to a store ,why was this not told on first day. Why was I kept waiting that replacement would be sent? They test your patience so that the person gives up and does not come for replacement. To add to my woes, I have visited Philips center on 2nd dec, first the store owner acted ignorant. We don't replace online purchases. After reaching to Philips cust service they now they say leave tubelight here, we will send replacement by courier. And it has been 7 days , no replacement and no tracking link. Strict no no to buy Philips product

Hope price goes down, with producer surplus reaching consumers.
It's a great product, i just wish more consumers get to use it, driving the price down, I mean it shouldn't cost this much to manufacture it in the first place, it's Made in India so that's great :D Also, I wish it were Full RGB like the Bulbs are, Phillips doesn't manufacture several of the Wiz Products in India it seems, I wish they had a RGB FullColor Downlight in India. Anyway it's easy to setup, works with my preferred Google Assistant. The color changes from Warm to Cool 3000K - 6500K. You may run into a Router Bottleneck if you use have a large property and use more than 20 of these and use the ISP router, i suggest get a good router. Or maybe you'd wanna wait till 6E and 2024's 802.11be Wi-Fi 7 standards for any major Router upgrades. For now you can use your ISP router for 99% use case scenarios. If you open up the router page at refresh the interface, it'll work even with 75 bulbs. This is great value over Phillips Hue, as you don't need a seperate Hub, Hue does have better color though, and a better app, and third party possibilities. It's easy to setup, just follow the instructions on the Wiz App. You can find YouTube Videos for setting it up, if you get confused. Though once you set up one Bulb you can set up the rest easily. They Come with clamps you can attach to the Wall to, though, I wish they provided Screws and High Quality Plastic Fissures for the Clamp. Well a great buy if you ask me.

Best smart tubelight compared to others
The bar itself is of great quality, feels sturdy. But the hanging mechanism (the stands) are plastic and the whole bar fell off the first time (the wire was strong enough to hold it, otherwise it would have broken) so please be careful. I have since replaced them with metal ones. Disappointed considering Philips is so well reputed in terms of quality. Had some difficulty connecting it the first time because it doesn't automatically detect it. You have to select bulb first and then you have to wait the entire minute for it to recognize it. Even then it says failed but after you reopen the map it works fine. It's very bright, brighter than most tubes on the market (had a jaquar one before which was around 75% of this ones brightness) while being the same size. The colors available are only shades of white, but these work really well. Even if the Wipro ones have color options their build is a no go.
