My go to when my back needs attention. I just back up against the wall with the ball between me and the wall and roll it around to hit the sore spots and it works out all the knots.

A lot of therapy balls and massage balls that I’ve used are far too soft. These are really hard. They’re perfect for me as I want to go into deep tissue rather than just massage at the surface. Really good for things like piriformis syndrome. Expensive but worth it.

This is an excellent product -- I use these massage balls at the end of my yoga routine to work out knots in my back and shoulders. I love the different size options and the product has a nice weight and is smooth to the touch but with just enough traction. Amazing product. I love it!
