A “real” HDMI 2.1 cable — certified, boringly reliable, and that’s a compliment
I’m the type of buyer who actually reads HDMI specs instead of trusting buzzwords, because HDMI 2.1 is where marketing and reality often part ways. I bought this Zeskit Maya Ultra High Speed HDMI cable specifically because it is officially HDMI-certified, not just labeled “48Gbps” on the box. That certification matters more than most people realize. The core reason to buy this cable This cable is Ultra High Speed HDMI Certified, complete with the hologram sticker. That means it has been tested to reliably handle the full 48Gbps bandwidth, not just short bursts or ideal lab conditions. Real-world support includes: 4K@120Hz and 8K@60Hz 48Gbps bandwidth VRR, ALLM, QFT, QMS Dolby Vision, HDR10 eARC for lossless audio (Dolby Atmos, DTS:X) HDCP 2.2 & 2.3 In other words, this cable is built for modern gear, not “future-ready in theory.” How it performs in actual use I’m using this with a 4K120-capable TV, a soundbar via eARC, and next-gen devices (gaming console and streaming box). Signal has been: Stable at 4K120 with HDR No flickering, no handshake issues No random dropouts when switching inputs or formats It just works. And with HDMI, “just works” is the highest compliment. Why certification is the real advantage There are plenty of cheaper HDMI cables that claim 48Gbps, but without certification you’re rolling the dice. HDMI 2.1 pushes signal integrity hard, and marginal cables show their weakness through black screens, audio dropouts, or unstable VRR. Zeskit’s Maya line has earned a reputation for being conservatively engineered, which is exactly what you want for high-bandwidth digital signals. This is not a flashy cable — it’s a competent one. Who this cable is for PS5 / Xbox Series X gamers who actually use 4K120 and VRR Home theater setups with eARC soundbars or receivers Anyone upgrading to HDMI 2.1 displays and wanting zero drama Buyers who value certification over marketing claims Who probably doesn’t need it If your TV tops out at 4K60 If you’re only connecting older HDMI 2.0 devices If price matters more than long-term stability In those cases, this may be more cable than you need. Build quality notes The cable feels solid and well-made, though it’s not ultra-thin or super flexible. That’s typical for properly shielded high-bandwidth HDMI cables and honestly a good sign, not a flaw. Of course, to be honest, signal instability or connection problems may occur with longer cables or specific devices (especially over 10 feet), but these issues are generally related to cable length, port compatibility, and device settings, rather than being a general fault. Final thoughts This is one of those purchases where you stop thinking about it the moment it’s plugged in — which is exactly how HDMI cables should be. You’re paying for verified performance, not hope. One friendly reminder: Measure the length you actually need before ordering. Seriously. Save yourself the hassle of returns and reorders. Don’t ask me how I learned this lesson

The Best Cable at a Great Price!
There are no ‘magic cables’, they either do their job, or they don’t. The Zeskit Maya is everything a modern cable needs to be, well built, quality components, nice black braided cable covering, snug well fitting HDMI connectors, and most importantly — HDMI 2.1 Ultra High Speed, Certified 48 Gbps performance. Oh, and did I mention they’re as reasonably priced as you could ask for, a real bargain. This is the cable to buy, it meets the highest current standard, and passes every known resolution, and HDR / DV standard. Stop looking, you found it!

PS5 and Sony X900H
I recently got a PS5 and the Sony X900H. The HDMI that comes with the PS5 is not quite long enough for my setup. I saw a review by HDTVtest on YouTube claiming this was the only HDMI 2.1 certified cable on the market. The first one I got was very stiff and hard to use and showed blinking red dots on the screen, no big deal though because I got a free replacement. The second one felt much better quality and wasn’t so stiff. However neither one came with a HDMI certification sticker like the video I saw had. I thought maybe they were still 2.1 certified just didn’t have the sticker. When the PS5 is connected to the HDMI 2.1 port on the TV I can get 4K 60hz HDR. However when I try to launch Call of Duty in performance mode and activate 120hz within the game the resolution drops to 1080p - I am unsure if it is because of the game or limitations of this HDMI cable. I have a friend who has the LG CX OLED and his says 120hz 4K, but he is using the HDMI that came with the PS5. At the end of the day I am happy with it however I am worried that perhaps I am not getting all the advantages that I thought came with HDMI 2.1, however I can’t tell if it is because of this cable or because of my TV which is still waiting for an update from Sony.

So good it feels like a gift.
I’ve been deeply associated with Audio and Video products over the last four decades, back to my early twenties to be more precise. Speckers, Amplifiers, Preamps, Turntables, D to A converters and the latest TV products. I am not one to swear that cables do not make a difference. Try using silver plated cables, in place of a copper one and you’ll notice the difference. There will be an overall increase in brightness and texture between the two, this is especially noticeable in audio. Now, to be candid, I have never been able to afford some of the more exotic products out there, but I do know when a well-made cable that exhibits high value to the everyday consumer comes around, and the Zeskit Maya, is one of those products. The Zeskit Maya is an ultra-high speed HDMI cable which is very modestly priced on the internet. As the story goes, I had just purchased a new OLED model TV when I realized that the existing cable between my older TV (the one I was replacing) and my Apple device, had been there for a couple of years. However, the existing cable was an expensive HDMI cable from a well-known provider. Eventually, I did decide to upgrade my existing cable and in doing so, I struggled with the fact that I already had a high-tech cable in place, from a well-respected brand that was also quite expensive. Furthermore, I wasn’t sure it would make a difference. After all, the quality of noticeable improvements diminishes after a certain point, paralleling the cost in the hierarchy of getting better and better audio components. Nevertheless, with its low cost I took a chance, after all, I could return it if it didn’t live up to its performance - as cited by its many positive reviews. My new TV that I just purchased was the Sony A90J and its picture, using my existing cable, was already outstanding. So, when I installed the Zeskit Maya Ultra I didn’t expect to find much of an improvement, if any …boy, was I wrong! Now you’re not going to gasp at the difference, but you will see, (readily) a definite picture improvement. The picture will seem calmer, (removal of the last ounce of noise, my explanation) clearer and will give you more of a solid definition to images, and colors were also a smidgen better. Even after replaying movies that I was familiar with everything consistently looked beautiful with this cable. Being suspicious of what I was seeing, I decided to change the connection with other HDMI cables, (confiscated from two other TVs in the house.) Each time the improvements were clearly evident. So, what is going on with a 6.5-foot 9.99 cable? Since I’m not an engineer in Electromechanics I’m not sure! Zeskit states they use a “Solid OHFC copper connection, which eliminates stand-interaction distortion and reduce jitter.” I would think there would be another company out there that uses an OHFC connection for video the same way, but I’m not sure! So can the improvements be associated with my specific TV interface and its internal picture resolution software – and simply be a one off, I don’t think so. I believe this is a well-made cable (it has that feel) that has solid engineering behind it, from a company that doesn’t feel it needs to charge an exorbitant price to deliver an outstanding consumer product. I have watched many of my favorite movies since and I can’t help feeling, this was a wonderful and generous gift from Zeskit …to us all. I think it is that simple. Thank you Zeskit, keep making affordable products we can all enjoy. Bobby J

Great HDMI Cable
Great product! Length was exactly as needed, the cable is strong, durable and has a good flex compared to old one, and the picture and signal to my new monitor is perfect!

High bandwidth and well made
Dolby Vision 4:4:4 and high rgb settings began to fail with upper tier Monoprice hdmi cables. The zeskit 5’ cables solved all of my video compatibility issues.
