These patches were perfect. I put them on overnight. They adhere to the skin easily, and I wake up the next morning and the pimple is gone. The skin is left soft and not dried.

Okay, I'm totally freaking out, I've struggled with the yearly cold sore since I was a toddler. I've spent ridiculous amounts of money trying every product out there that simply can't do what they claim. So the other day I started to feel that tingle and had a tiny red bump and was scouring Amazon for the next miracle product and I saw those cold sore patches (which are just hydrocolloid). Then I realized I had THESE ones from COSRX and I immediately put it on the cold sore and I've been keeping these patches on it and they literally stopped it dead in it's tracks! It hasn't gotten any bigger and I can see the stuff the bandage is sucking out of it and I'm seriously amazed right now. It's been days and it hasn't blown up at all!That said, these also have the BEST staying power of any pimple patch I've tried, and I've tried them all. They seriously last until I pull them off, they would stay forever if they could. My trick is to gently swipe the area with rubbing alcohol before placing it on which barely helped with all other patches but these ones are magical. I do wish they were all larger size, I have bags and bags of all the leftover teeny patches that I doubt I will ever use. So wasteful.Get these!!!

Made the switch from peach slices to cosrx and I like these so much better because of the shape, coverage, effectiveness and invisibility of the tapered edges. 10/10 and keep them in my personal stock.

Invisible patches that work! Not too sticky but cleanly pull junk from your pores. Best I have found

I have used the original COSRX Acne Pimple Patch for many years. I decided to try this Master Patch Intensive version. (FYI, I generally don't have much acne usually, a light breakout every few weeks.) After a few months of use, I think the effectiveness is about the same as the original. Even though this version is supposed to be intensive. It's not a bad product, it certainly works well. But for me, the original version of the patch is a better price. You get a lot more patches of similar size for less money. So, I'll keep buying the original version.

These hydrocolloid patches work fast — they suck out gunk overnight and help flatten big pimples. The oval shape is nice for jawline or cheek areas. Plus, 90 patches is a great deal.
