Good value for money. Doesn’t get much use as body fat doesn’t change daily but it tells you if you need to get rid of fat around your middle, your upper arms and thighs, then the hard work starts to get rid of it, then you can use the gadget to measure how much fat you have lost.

Are okay but very easy to brake. The bolt came off after 3 ish weeks. Yes very easy to screw back on but unexpected

Massively overpriced. Poorly written manual, including typos and content that doesn't make sense, which makes it harder to follow than necessary. I had hoped for a more professional product for the price. I should have gone for a cheaper model, but for some reason this one had better reviews than the others. The item is not eligible for a return, apparently.

The item is larger than I expected, and it seems quite solid. Overall, it's easy to use. Decent instructions were provided in terms of how exactly to use, although there could always have been a bit more detail. I was a bit concerned about how much I was supposed to squeeze my skin, i.e. how forceful to be. When using the calipers on my back for instance, it was obviously very difficult to read the dial. There could have been some sort of solution to this, such as the dial having a marker that could be set to read off later. In terms of using the readings for a body fat calculation, I found the information on the instructions a bit difficult to follow. So I used the internet. I found that the 3-point calculation is actually the best one, and used an online calculator. The figure I got was lower than I expected, which if everything is to be trusted, I guess is good news. Overall, a decent tool, even if with a bit of a usability problem in certain positions.

Not too sure if you need a degree in nutrition or advance mathematics this is impossible to work out. The instructions are very confusing with incomprehensible formulae and descriptions of the measuring places that are different to the pictures showed. The plastic tool is quite uncomfortable and surely waaayyyyy too expensive at £24. 2 stars is a generous score

Its accurate enough. Im at a lean amount of body fat so I only wanted one of these to just keep track every once in a while. Im at 8% bodyfat and it manages to grab onto it easily, so if youre at a low bodyfat it should work for you too. I usually get the same consistent results each time using this tool. Overall It does its job good enough. Only thing i dont like about it is that its quite big/long. Not the biggest issue since most of em at this price are like this, but yeah wouldve been nice if it was smaller.

I bought this for tracking my fat loss (yep, I too have gained the “COVID 19” over the last few years). It’s good, does exactly what it says. I would probably buy one that’s higher in quality if I were a personal trainer & using it all the time, but for my needs (just my husband & I), this will definitely do what we need it to.

I was taught how to use one but there were instructions included for those who don't or are learning which is awesome

The calipers themselves are good, the packing is good and the instructions glossy. But... the instructions are very poorly written (badly translated?) and in many parts don't make sense. Not a major issue as we can find instructions on the internet, but really it would have been better to supply them with no instructions and save the paper.

I had bought a cheaper type on Amazon and it was far less accurate. This is well made with heavy plastic and strong springs.
