Mt Emey 9708 Men's Extrem-Light Athletic Walking Shoes

Our son has extremely wide feet. So hard to find shoes that fit. These are perfect! Would definitely purchase again.

I really like these shoes. I wear custom orthotics so I took out the first insole but the shoes felt a little oversize so I put the insole back with my orthotic on top and now they are very comfortable. Time will tell on how long they last.

Too small for wide feet will rub skin raw

This shoes is an answer to much prayer and frustration!! This is the first shoe we’ve found that we could make work with his AFO foot and his regular foot! He walks SO much better now that his shoes fit both feet. The extra insoles are genius! He wears the one with the AFO with no insole and the regular one with all 3 insoles. His trainer says he does everything better now that both shoes fit! They also have great traction for his exercises. My only complaint is, I wish they came in all black.

Ordered 11.5 6E as I normally find that size to be extremely comfortable as and even a bit lose on my foot. However, these shoes were so narrow and tight even with the shoelaces completely removed that I could hardly get my food in. This is by no means a 6E I would be hesitant to even call it a 2E. I did confirm they shoes alwere labeled 11.5 6E as my initial assumption was the wrong shoes were shipped. That being said they do appear to be of good quality and look nice. I can't speak to the longevity of the shoe as I only wore it for a few minutes.

My husband has a very difficult time finding shoes that are wide enough for his feet. This is the second pair of Mt Emey shoes that he has ordered and he LOVES them. He gets many nice compliments about how nice they look, plus they fit will and do not hurt his feet.

I have always bought shoe size 9/5E. So when I saw the Mt Emey 9702-L Men's Explorer I Shoes, I ordered size 9/6E. The shoes arrived fast and they looked great. The Big problem was, they were so narrow I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. I would not recommend buying these shoes.

Even though these are a half size bigger than my Apex sneakers, I found these impossible to put on my feet. No matter how much I loosened the laces and placed my foot way forward, back of the shoe prevented me from getting my foot in the sneaker. I tried both my long and short steel shoehorns to assist, but that caused other problems that kept me from getting my foot in them. It's a shame. I bought them so that I could put an orthotic in them to support my arthritic ankles. Instead, I had to send them back.
