The kettle is easy to use, with touch buttons that have functioned flawlessly so far. I appreciate the removable cover and the reduced noise compared to my previous kettle. Given the price, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Some people expressed concerns about the metal exterior potentially being hot to touch. While this is true, I’ve never accidentally touched the hot surface due to the well-designed handle. Additionally, the removable cover is thoughtfully designed to prevent accidental contact with the hot areas. Overall, this kettle is a great value for the price.Update: Still working well with no issues. I bought another one to use in my home country.

I purchased this kettle 3 years ago (not on Amazon) and love it. Unfortunately the handle on the lid has now broken (it’s rather flimsy vs the rest of the kettle, so just broke from wear and tear) and I cannot buy a replacement part. It’s frustrating as the kettle works perfectly but the temp control is now impacted. I’m on the fence about purchasing a new one now, doesn’t seem logical.

Very impressive variable temperature selection kettle from Breville. Long gone are the days were we have too hot a coffee, or the opposite by leaving the water to cool for too long. Simply select your ideal temperature on the base and the kettle immediately gets to work.
