So this a epicenter and does it make noise ?

This is a bass enhancer, it does the exact thing as an epicenter. It drops your Lows even lower. It brings out the bass in old songs. As far as noise, I don't understand what your asking.

Why does mine make this harmonic noise when I turn the bass level up??
