I really regret buying this hair curler. It’s extremely heavy, very uncomfortable to hold, and burns the hair easily. The curls fall in less than a minute, so it doesn’t work as promised. I returned it, but they only refunded 10 AED, which made me feel cheated and robbed by this brand. I will never trust this brand again. Overall, I do not recommend this product at all.

This iron died after two months of use and there is no warranty nor chance to return that. I see that I am not the only who faced same issue. I used it carefully with mild temperature twice per week on average so it was not caused by improper use.

The curler’s charging plot is not compatible with our UAE socket and this is not mentioned anywhere. I don’t know what they will even sell them here knowing this. Very disappointing.

For someone who travels internationally for work, this has been so handy. Love the dual voltage. It heats up fast and makes beautiful curls. Nothing bad to say!

I had originally bought the 1 1/2" wand of the same brand but it didn't work well for my just above the shoulder length hair, it barely made any curls. I exchanged it for this one and it works much better. I'm sure it would work even better on a bit longer hair but this one gives me large curls at the ends. This is my first curling wand and II was looking for something inexpensive since I'm a beginner and wasn't sure if it would work well on my hair. I have fine hair so I don't need a lot of heat and it does the job well, I set it to about medium temperature and hold it for 10 seconds. Good wand for beginners at least.

The Performance: I recently cut my hair shorter and was looking for more volume without the frizz. This 1-inch barrel is the "sweet spot" for short to medium hair. It gives my hair a really nice bounce and lift at the root, but the ceramic coating actually keeps the strands smooth. I struggle with frizz in different climates, but this seems to seal the cuticle better than some of my more expensive tools. Why I Bought a Second: Reliability: My first one has been a workhorse for half a year with no issues. Travel-Friendly: It’s lightweight (important for my crew bag) and heats up fast enough for quick mornings before a flight, like really early 3am! Results: It creates a classic, polished curl that holds up through long shifts. Minor Note: The buttons are positioned where you might accidentally hit them if you have a tight grip, but once you get used to the hand placement, it’s not an issue. The Verdict: If you have shorter hair and want volume that stays smooth rather than "poofy," this is the best value iron on the market. It's affordable enough to buy two, but performs like a professional tool.
