Clean tasting, super affordable and purchases often
Good ole sardines! If you like sardines these are good, no fuss sardines that are usually in tact, but I have had one or two tins that the sardines may have gotten too tossed around in the can because they were broken up quite a bit. That’s not usually the case however.I like these sardines and they are my go- to for affordable/ inexpensive tinned sardines.I like to eat them on crackers and they make a great protein snack without high salt. I don’t find them super fishy but that’s a matter of preference. They are clean tasting.

HERE KITTY, KITTY !! 🐈🎣🤣
Amazon has the best price around for this. My nurse recommended this because of my low iron & im now anemic. I didn't know sardines was good source or iron.I like it anyways.. I was craving it raw one time.. idk what that was about but I normally cook it into my rice with some beef, chicken & vegetable mix with some sazon. It comes out really good. But sometimes I just crack it open with some crackers. My husband jokes im going to turn into a cat and that its cat food and I just ignore him until one day I cracked it open while cleaning for a light snack & our cats came meowing .. im low key embarrassed but hey it's still good eats. Its a bit fishy in smell but not overbearing like fish that's gone bad. I love its preserved in a cab and lasts a good amount of time.Definitely getting your money's worth.

Taste was Better than Expected
I was looking for a healthier option than can Tuna for my few times a week of fish intake. These actually were easy to eat straight out of the can. I found that canned Tuna has less omega 3 because the fat is squeezed out. So this should have more Omega 3. I just wish they would provide more of the nutrition facts on the label like how much omega 3. Being a whole form of fish with skin and bones it should have higher nutrients. I wish the website would list this. Or at least the omega 3 content. I did not buy these for taste but purely for the nutritional content.

Value sardines, easy to use, but only fair taste.
The sardines are low cost sardines, that are good for adding to a meal, but this oil packed sardines don’t have a ton of flavor as compared to other sardines. There are other versions in this brand, such as the hot sauce version, that I would recommend over this one. But if you like a more mellow taste, and like adding some fish to your diet, this is a great way to do so. I did not find these very salty.I thought the sardines in the cans I had were a fair size, and did not have an excess oil to fish ratio. While I might get these again if they are a sale of some point, I think personally I’m going to get the hot sauce version if all possible. That is more to my liking.Like all sardines and fish in a can, the smoke and be a bit strong, but as you’re eating that it doesn’t really bother you. But I would recommend going in the washing out the can for your plate right away, so the smell dissipates from your house. I always find the smell more bothersome after you eat the food, then when you’re actually eating sardines or other fish type things.
