I tried these before, they are great. The swelling is almost unpreventable but these definitely work on minimizing the retention of fluids and equally distributing pressure on all swollen parts of the legs, AND they disguise scars very well.

These are thick hose, to be worn under pants/leggings....totally practical/functional for varicose veins and support while standing/walking. Good value for money; but, hear me when I say go up one size. It's the thigh part that's really constricting, calves not too bad.
