The results were almost immediate. The very next day I noticed the difference. I got a fewer to none hot flashes after taking the first capsule.But you have to take it consistently. I remember I skipped a few doozes and noticed the hot flashes again. I definitely would recommend this for whoever is struggling with hot flushes during the menopause.

Doesn't work. Provided no obvious or definable benefit whatsoever other than spending my money. Tried this every single day for 2-months / 2 bottles. Waste of money. Unfortunately it doesn't even act as a placebo.

An amazing product. I started having menopause symptoms when I turned 50 and they were very scary cause they would hit me out of nowhere. I’d get really really hot, feeling like my insides were on fire I would feel like I’m on fire. My anxiety would hit the roof , I feel like my insides were on fire. I didn’t want to get on any type of prescription medication. I seeked holistic alternatives. I came across this product and I have to say it is an amazing product limits to basically no symptoms. I get maybe once or twice a day versus all day. It is an amazing product. I recommend it to all my friends who is suffering from menopause

I’m really enjoying this product. One capsule per day didn’t do much for me but when I jumped to two/day things changed dramatically. It takes a little while for it to click in since it is something that needs to build up with time in order to get the full effect. This takes me to the dissatisfaction of this company. I can only buy bottles with 30 capsules. Since I take 2/day it only lasts 2 weeks. I set it up as a reoccurring order every two weeks so I don’t run out. I had made one order this way. I am now 5 days into not having any as the shipment still show as “delayed, not shipped yet”. Not only do I have to deal with my hot flashes again but it will take me another good week after starting again (whenever I do receive it) to feel the full effect. That’s not something I want to deal with now that I know this product works. Not sure why it won’t ship and I will only have tolerance for this to happen one time before I will look elsewhere. Either send me an explanation to why you can’t hold the delivery schedule and give me an approximate delivery date or ensure delivery reliability so I can continue with this product. Also I would highly recommend producing larger bottles so I don’t have to run out so quickly. This is a very expensive supplement, especially for needing to take more than one/day so I would think it would help the consumer to have access to larger quantities and help cut down on packaging cost. I will mark this down by 2 stars because even though I like the product my wellbeing depends on reliable delivery and if that doesn’t work the product is useless to me anyway. Hopefully this is a one time issue, and if delivery turned out to be more reliable in the future, I will adjust my rating.

I've been taking this supplement for six months, for my hot flashes. With each month Menovair has helped reduce the number of hot flashes i had. At this time I am experiencing maybe three hot flashes a day. I am 74 years old and this is the first time I have had hot flashes. No one can tell me how long I can expect to have these hot flashes so I grateful i have Menovair.

This supplement is a game changer!!! I saw a difference within 7-10 days of taking 2 capsules a day. I highly recommend if you’re having hot flashes and or trouble sleeping, I have not have any side effects.

This takes about a week to get into your system, but it's worth it. The all natural ingredients keep me the sudden heat wave that comes out of nowhere.

This bottle only included 30 tablets for a price of $39.95 and they Do Not accept returns. I had no idea that I was being charged $1.34 per tablet. This supplement cost too much and wish I could return this product!
