Ok I just need to say this has saved my life and I’ve already been obsessed with Pure vitamins. I also like Thorne as well but mainly Pure capsules. Lol Anyways I’ve tried a couple other probiotics in the past and I think it was Dr. Formulated and it made me really bloated so I gave up. Then I tried the citrate magnesium route because I heard it works great on the gut but I figured since Pure is honestly amazing let me give their probiotics a try!! Anyways this one is magic and surprisingly cheap. Happy gut happy woman!

This brand does not contain fillers. High quality product

Several years ago I developed an allergy to casein, a protein in dairy. Talk about a reason to cry a river; I couldn't eat anything that had even one molecule of casein; ex: ghee. Symptoms: lung congestion, fatigue, dizziness, brain fog. These symptoms are beyond annoying; they are crippling and severely affect my quality of life. When I strictly avoid dairy, I'm fine. Unfortunately, for anyone who enjoys dairy, it is far easier to avoid the temptation than it is to resist the temptation. As long as dairy isn't offered to me, I'm good. However, when a sweet, well-intentioned soul (Mom) offers me a homemade cookie baked with butter, the logical side of my brain takes a hike. That's why PureProbiotic is a miracle for me. I take two each morning and have zero symptoms from dairy. BUT, you must obey the instruction on the bottle and REFRIGERATE this stuff as soon as it arrives. I stored a 7-day supply in a pill organizer in the bathroom and the effectiveness diminished considerably. One capsule a day doesn't work for me; I have to take two. Search the internet for "dairy allergy probiotic" to learn more about why this product works (Lactobacillus rhamnosus). I hope this review helps somebody. Please spread the word that Lactobacillus rhamnosus really DOES help with casein allergies. I am so very thankful that I can enjoy dairy again!!!

probitics dont populate gut

Arrived quickly and product was exactly as described. These things fixed my digestive system after a course of antibiotics. Combined them with a prebiotic per doctor's recommendation and it only took about a week. I don't take supplements often, but when I do, I buy the Pure Encapsulations brand.

Update: I am changing my review as the company reached back out and mad it right for that I appreciate it. This product is supposed to be cool /cold when it arrives. In the past it always did. This time it showed up hot. I tried to set up an exchange only to find out NOPE no returns even if you are prime customer. I have been a big fan of pure encapsulation but this turned me off when I could not get help through the system I had to throw a whole bottle away. So sad.

This was my first time to try these particular probiotics from Pure Encapsulations, but I use their products pretty exclusively, and so I ordered two different Pure Encapsulations - probiotic formulas, mainly because I've have had a pretty severe candida overgrowth, which has lead to leaky gut and numerous food allergies. After doing a pretty intense elimination diet of offending foods (via blood tests & hopefully which will lead to re-introduction of some "sensitivity" foods in the future), my digestive system was pretty stressed out, and not working as well as it could per daily waste elimination. After introducing these two probiotics into my daily routine, my digestion has really improved, and so I'm very pleased with both products. They're not "cure-alls" by any means in-and-of-themselves, but they're definitely great products to assist in a person's healthy diet, daily. I will purchase again, and definitely would recommend to others.
