Excellent Quality Perfect Poached Eggs Every Time
This is without doubt the best poaching pan you can buy, perfect poached eggs every time without fail & no nasty plastic cups. This is very well designed & the non stick coating on the poaching cups Is extremely high quality

Very cheap for such a lifechanging product
It's fantastic. After one burn too many from dropping eggs into boiling water I decided to give this a try and it's been lifechanging. Now every yolk is perfect and there's not a huge mess trying to get them out of the water (and no burns). As a note, I like my poached eggs cooked for 2.5 minutes in straight boiling water, with this I usually go for around 4.5 minutes. With that the yolk is still lovely and runny but the white has set well. And then they come out perfectly with the mini spatula.

Perfect for 2 eggs, appears well designed
Liked: appearance (shiny), pan handles, potential of pan to be a useful stand-alone pan, weight (quite light), quality of non-stick, price. A bit less-liked: underside of the egg holder platform. Only used a couple of times so far but underside has started to discolour. Readily visible surfaces are, how wet, keeping their good appearance, internal handles are metal and although a clear attempt to design out hot handles, it’s a very tricky challenge with quite small handles above hot water! However, a small cloth/tea towel etc solves this.

Good quality
Good quality weighty pan. Holds 2 large eggs comfortably and when cooked, they easily slide out of the holders. A small spatula is supplied. Great for someone living on their own. Easy to clean and have used numerous times. It's vented. I recommend. Worth paying that little bit extra for the quality.

Absolute brilliant. Yes it does do large eggs as it is all I buy. Lightly butter the cups and simmer eggs for just over 5 mins. Perfect every time. I remove eggs with silicone spatula

It really does work well.
At last, a poacher that has metal egg holders. The ones with plastic/Bakelite ones do not work at all well. This one poaches eggs really well and evenly. Just one small grumble: the poaching handles get very hot and difficult to hold. The manufacturer should provide a small tool to hold them with. Otherwise, really good poached eggs.

Exellent quality pan. Percect poached eggs every time

Great 2 egg poacher. Washed all parts with hot water and detergent before using, as directed. Filled pan to halfway mark. Covered with lid, put on medium flame of small burner, because of warnings about handle getting hot. Oiled egg cups with tiny amount of real butter. When water in pan boiling, turned down to lowest temp that water still simmering. Carefully broke eggs into cups without placing in pan. Placed cups in cup holes. Covered with lid and set timer for 6 minutes. [Partly firm, with some runny egg}. After six minues, removed lid and lifted entire center holder with fork tine onto paper towel. Used little soft spatula to turn eggs out onto plate. Beautiful perfectly cooked poached eggs! After eating, poured hot water out of pan and dried pan and lid. Washed egg cups with soapy water. I probably will not put in dishwasher, because all parts cleaned so easily !

I’ve tried so many different ways to do poached eggs and end up with a mess and wasted eggs, but this time has been a game changer as my eggs turned out perfectly the first time. I added a little bit of olive oil to each cup first to avoid egg sticking which worked perfectly. It’s also a good quality pot.
