This battery works great

I purchased 2 of these as replacements for a Black & Decker 22" Hedgehog Trimmer. I charged them in the original Black & Decker charger. Both look like the original Black & Decker batteries and fit the trimmer just like the originals. The power and duration during use is perfect and as good, if not better, than the original batteries. Not sure what the life will be on these will be, but initially very pleased with them.

As other reviewers have indicated, this does not properly fit the Fire Storm tools--it will not stay attached (although I did get it to say on once but then had a lot of trouble getting it off). I figured out how to alter the way I hold the tool to keep the battery from falling off. The battery certainly provided the necessary power to do the work I needed even with the awkwardness.

I got this due to one of my old batteries not holding much of a charge anymore. So, old one to recycling and this one in its place. The battery came with a decent charge but not full. Since then I have used it, charged it, used it again. It's just like having my old, original Firestorm battery again. So far, I'm loving the long life which allows me to do many projects between charges. I haven't had that luxury in a few years.

Fit perfectly and lasts longer than original

Battery does not NOT fit a Black & Decker drill. Unfortunately it was purchased as a present for someone, and therefore now too late to return. Strongly advise potential buyers not to purchase this item.

I bought this battery pack to replace the one that was with my Black & Decker drill. It is an older drill and it has been a steady eddy working for me for years. The only problem was the battery pack. So I bought this and it worked great for my drill not one single problem fit right in there was awesome. Then there was a problem, it doesn’t fit correctly in the standard black and decker charger that I’ve always been able to use. So I have a battery pack, yay, but I can’t recharge it unless I buy a charger. So given how old my drill is, I’m not sure it’s worth it to nickel and dime myself with more spend. Disappointing.
