- Sanwa, Japan PM11 Pocket Type Battery Powered Multimeter (Made In Japan)

The product was delivered on time and well packed. I was a little dissappointed when the product did not switch on after unpacking. I opened the battery cabinet and found a little deposit (alkaline). I cleaned it but still the product was inoperable. I then realized the 2 batteries inside the chamber were loose in their place and the circuit was not getting completed.I had to bend the end plate of the connection to make sure the circuit of battery is complete. This is somenting which must have been checked during the QC of the product.Didn't expect this problem to happen from a product made in Japan.
