Will LEGO be able to replace any missing pieces like they do for their bricks? Has anyone had success with this for this puzzle?

Yes! We were actually missing a piece to this puzzle, and they provided us with a whole new puzzle! Excellent customer service!

What are the finished puzzle dimensions (to frame)

It wasn’t finished, but seemed to fit on my puzzle board ok. The pieces are tiny, and the print is not so simple to sort. If you like a challenge and you have good lighting it shouldn’t be a problem.

Came un sealed. Puzzle is already in ziplock bag. Box not sealed. Why?

All of the lego puzzles come this way. We bought the lego heads one from hot topic and the mini figures one from hobby lobby and both came this way. It is off putting but it’s actually the way they are manufactured. It seems weird, because someone could easily build it, pack it back up and return it.
