Tantra is a Great contribution of seers
For practicing tantra though one needs to know a lot more but the basic given by this book must be understood by a serious practitioner. . Good for a Beginner
This book gives basics of Tantra with some explanations. Some mantras for japa, but details about yantras ,its constructions. Good book for novice.
