I use this product to supplement my Vitamin D3 intake (along with calcium, magnesium and Vitamin B12 complex) to strengthen my bones, especially in the winter months when I spend less time outdoors and there's less daylight.

Great and Vital Product
Due to severely low D3 levels, my Doctor wanted me to start taking 50,000 iu. Balance Breens was affordable, easy to order an fast delivery. Many people have low D3 levels, if your Doctor tells you to take more, I would order Balance Breens on Amazon...saves time and money

Not an everyday vitamin supplement
I like the higher dose 1 or 2 times a week . It takes a while for the body to process vitamin D . Also the body can burn through quite a lot from stress and other factors . I try to maintain 60 or more ng/d in blood tests . So I like a high dose capsule .

Just what I was looking for
Outside of the 50,000 IU D2 vitamin that doctors prescribe, this is the only 50,000 IU D3 I've seen anywhere. Glad I found it.
