I bought this to replace the dying 350W supply in my Dell Studio XPS 8100.At first glance I considered returning it because it did not appear to include the P4 motherboard connector. However, the arrangement is actually two P4 connectors that clip together. After separating them, I had the required P4 connector with one unused. There are other errors in the product description, and the actual connector configuration is:1x 24-pin motherboard, 2x P4 motherboard, 4x 15-pin SATA, 2x 4-pin peripheral and 1x FDD. Also included is an AC line cord.The screw holes lined up with my chassis, so installation was a breeze. It's quiet (certainly much more quiet than the dying fan on my old supply) and so far it's working well. Although its power rating is higher than my old supply, it is significantly lighter. I got 10yrs out of my old supply. Here's hoping this new one hangs in there as well.
