I have no idea if this is preventing cancer, reducing my glucose levels, or promotes anti aging. I got it because it was cheap and thought maybe it would help me feel horny again. After my brother died last year I just haven't been feeling my old self. I was feeling run down and tired and my morning wood just was half mast. Excellent quality for the price and potency. Easy to swallow gel capsules the leave no aftertaste. I definitely notice when I don't take them but it isn't something that makes you feel a certain way. It helps with my mental clarity, memory and promotes healthy oxygenated blood. Very effective little fungus that perfectly compliments my mental and physical wellness routine.
