The product itself is and does what it indicates on the jar, that is why I gave it 4 stars. The packaging for shipping, however, is problematic at best. First shipment arrived in a box saturated with the oil from the jar because the jar was not sealed though it appeared to be. There was no packaging in the box (other than a small deflated, oil coated plastic pillow) which allowed the jar to rattle around on the inside unhindered. After calling Amazon about the problem they kindly got a new shipment sent out. That shipment was only better because it was put in with another larger box, much to my dismay. Fortunately the contents of the jar did not leak but it was evident that the contents had been melted at some point. I cannot fault the product itself but the company sending it needs to understand the importance of proper packaging especially for a product that melts at such a low temperature. The packaging for shipment deserves maybe one star at best.
