Gilmore Girls: The Series (DVD)

This was a very good series. I never saw it when it was on TV. Working.

I found this on Netflix and that was pretty much the only show I watched on there. I knew I should quit and buy the DVD's but when I got hacked on Netflix and had to quit them I bought the DVD without hesitation. Now I watch the DVD once a week. At the time I was on Netflix they said this was the most watched show.

So far so good. I’m about to start season 3, only had two minor stalls. Hit FF and it continued to play. Love having GG available to watch whenever I want.

They all work good. Cover came ripped. Plastic broke. Could be just my fault on that last one🤷‍♀️

Nice that this box set includes "A Year in the Life". Another plus to the DVDs is the bonus material on some of the disks. The outer cardboard box is sturdy and beautiful. There are 2 inner plastic boxes. One holds seasons 1-3. The other holds seasons 4-7 and AYITL. The plastic boxes have indexes to each disk, inside the front and back. All the disks so far work perfectly. Our favorite series of all time! We'll watch it over and over.

I lived watching this series with my daughter. It was a complete disappointment to find the last two seasons are not closed captioned, and I was unable to follow the dialogue.
