I wanted to use these to plug my wired air pods into my Ipad. They were a waste of money because they did’t work. I tried all three and heard nothing. I no longer drive and can’t return them to get a credit. Very unhappy! I retract the above. They work just fine, I just missed the fact that they weren’t suppose to work with audio and audio connection was what I was after.

Works well to charge won’t charge fast. Will not be able to use CarPlay but good for temporary supply before I switch all my cables out. Also helps out car trips. Easy to use again does not work with CarPlay.

Data transfer: The description for this product says that it is supposed to work with charging and data transfer to-and-from a computer, however, my experience was that it did not work with data transfer from my Mac to iOS devices (I cannot confirm that about android devices since I don't own any). Charging: Charging works if you connect it directly to a lightning cable that is plugged into the wall, but charging does not work if you connect to power via any of the Apple (or 3rd party) adapter/dongles. Fit: The adapter is an extremely tight fit for Apple devices. I mention this since I'm not sure if repeated inserts may cause the receptor contacts for iOS devices to get damaged. Conclusion: Quite disappointing. If you're looking for an adapter simply so you can charge your USB-C device, you might be better off just getting an actual USB-C cable IMHO

Generally pleased with performance HOWEVER…. Be careful. The tips will bend (if phone has a short fall while plugged in). The 1st time it happened, i was able to straighten the plug, all OK THE 2nd time, after straightening, it no longer charged. And the connector cover on the plug came loose. This is the pic of the failed plug So be careful, it is not rick hard, will bend, and then fail.

I bought these adapters after upgrading my wife to the iPhone 16E. She used to go through Lightning cables quickly and still had a ton of them lying around, so instead of throwing them out, I decided to give these adapters a try—and they work great! The fit is snug and secure, with no loose connections or interruptions while charging. I was worried that charge time might be affected, but honestly, I haven’t noticed any difference. Her phone charges just as fast as it did before. These adapters saved us from wasting perfectly good cables, and they’re a much cheaper alternative to replacing everything with USB-C cables. If you’ve got a stash of Lightning cables and don’t want to replace them all, this is the perfect solution. Highly recommend!

Add my name to the list of those who did not carefully read reviews or the poorly translated description. I did not realize that these can only be use when charging devices and will not transfer any data. The adapter will not allow you to connect your phone to use CarPlay, or access and transfer files in a browser. These adaptors have successfully allowed me to use an older Apple lightning cord to charge my new iPhone 15 but these adapters cannot be use when connecting my iPhone to a usb connection CarPlay or to transfer files from the phone to a pc. You may just be better off buying new usb-c cords and not bother with these adapters.

I bought this to use my new iPhone 15 with CarPlay in my car. It works perfectly my existing USB-A to Lightning cable that I have in my car - just like it did with my previous iPhone 12. As per the other reviews, make sure the cable you are using this with is the type with USB-A on the other end. It doesn't work with cables that have USB-C on the other end.

I received 5 adapters of which only 2 actually work. I have checked on multiple devices so I confidently give this product 1 star. Save your money look elsewhere.

This product does not work, it drained the battery in my iPad, very dangerous!
