MaloneAuto Racks SlingOne Single Kayak Storage System

Most economic option I have found for the safe storage of my kayak. Installs easily, frees up ground storage. A little awkward and difficult to get in and out without someone helping, but I recommend the product regardless.

I bought two sets of these to hang our paddle boards from the ceiling of our concrete carport (1 board per set), and they work perfectly. Installation was easy, and the setup is incredibly simple and easy to use. I can't speak as to how they perform for a kayak, but this is perfect for a paddleboard and easy to do with just one person.

These straps are a very simple, yet a useful design. I bought 2 sets, and use them to hang one kayak above the other in my garage. The upper set of straps take two people to maneuver the kayak through them, due to the height, but the lower set is a bit more manageable to insert the kayak through by myself. The straps can be unclasped, and reconnected over the kayak, but I have mine spaced far enough apart to slide them over the ends.

This is a cheap alternative to other options. We use two of the single kayak slings and they’re easy to use. I use to hang from garage ceiling and they get within inches of ceiling so I have enough room 6’ to walk under kayaks.

Followed instructions, pre drilled my holes, used a screwdriver to give me leverage on putting the hooks in.Having two people certainly makes loading easier, but you can do it alone.

This rack was very easy to put up. We did ours in the basement for winter storage and got it off the floor. The straps look well made and secure, the kayaks did not move or flip around. We have 2 side by side. I don't plan on using the racks outside at all so not too sure how the straps would wear after being in the elements for long periods of time but would think inside or under a deck would be a good choice.

Easy, great storage for my kayak. Buy it.*edit* straps snapped after being outside for 7 months. They don't hold up to the weather if you are going to use them outdoors. For the price I may just order another set.

These were inexpensive and work well! They’re installed under our deck. It took about 20” from start to boats hung and put away.

I received the SlingOne in excellent condition. This is intended to replace the old kayak sling that suspended my 18-foot kayak from the railing of my backyard deck. The old one had plastic clips that eventually degraded and snapped due to weathering. The SlingOne's heavy-duty metal clips are sure to last a lot longer. The sling hooks worked well with the eye-screws that I was using for the previous sling. I'm impressed with the quality and robustness of the SlingOne. This sling is excellent value!
