Don't believe these 1 star people!
Listen, this is a $35 stereo, that's REALLY ALL you need to know, but I'll elaborate a little. So for $35, the fact that it even works is a bonus, let alone all these features! Yes the housing is made of plastic and it's VERY lightweight, but I would think the plastic costs at LEAST $35 to manufacture and hey, you even get a cardboard box, 2 wiring harnesses and some instructions inside a ziplock envelope. How do you beat that? You don't! NOT for $35 or even $50! Ever buy a phone case for $100?Moving on, for $35, you get bluetooth, an SD card reader, MP3 player, a remote control and TWO sets of pre-outs!Anyone who complains about this stereo is IMHO an uneducated consumer! At this price point AND in the Pyle tradition, you get WAY more than you should expect and if it lasted you 1 Summer, again, it was a $35 stereo, go buy another one or invest in something that you feel would be better quality. I will say this though, I've had a Pi**neer AVEC touch screen fail on me within 1.2yrs and that stereo cost me $600 and that was for my truck. For my boat, I'm not concerned, YET and I was looking for a 'cheapy' just to see if I'm even going to commit to being a boat owner. This stereo performs perfectly, was a snap to install, didn't break the bank and I sound great connected to my SKAR SK65M's and a Pyle 1200w amp.One reviewer left a 1 star review as if she's soooo disappointed, because she even bought a set of $25 Lanzar speakers, LOL!! Maybe she should've just gotten a bluetooth speaker and called it a day? IDKBottom line is, if you're even looking at this stereo, you're NOT looking to spend high end $$$, so don't expect high end quality, BUT DEFINITELY be prepared to be pleasantly surprised!

Great power and looks amazing!
Got this for my van for some more and easy power to my 4 van speakers. 75w x 4 at max settings is a lot and could even power better speakers. Mine a rated at 75w max RMS. Can barely turn the bass all the way up.Great sound and performs very well. My only disappointment is it not having a mid range adjustment.Amazing quality, looks and performance for such a great price. My pictures show day and night lighting so you can see how much more blue it is at night. The contrast of the white lights was a little hard to capture but it looks great and super clean.

Good value for a marine grade head unit
The mounting cage didnt want to lock until i bent the lock tabs to get more pressure on them and still had to push them into position but easy to install and setup besides that. Definitely an upgrade in quality over the older unit this replaced, fits well, has a remote, adjustable eq settings, and sounds pretty good connected to an external amplifier.

Excellent. Great product. Great customer service from manufacturer
The Bluetooth pairs REALLY fast. Love it. Good sound for the money.UPDATE:I used this in the spring and then there recently was a long gap in between when I used it again. The radio was defective and would not pair with Bluetooth anymore. Because of the interval of when I used it last too much time had passed to warranty it through Amazon. I contacted the manufacturer directly and explained the situation. THEY WERE EXCELLENT. They sent me a replacement with no issues. I’m very happy and would definitely buy this again with confidence.

Does Not Work - Tried 2 of them
I bought this stereo on amazon to put into a pontoon boat. I installed the unit following the instructions and wiring diagram correctly. Tried to turn on the unit and nothing happened. I read the troubleshooting section of the instructions - troubleshooting step said to press the reset button to reset the internal computer. I pressed the reset button and tried turning the unit back on again. It turned on for about 1 second then back off. It only turns on at all after pressing the reset button, and when it does, it shuts back off after about 1 second. Since the boat I am installing into is 20years old, I wanted to make sure it wasn't a problem with the boat's wiring, so I took the unit into my garage and connected the power and ground pins to a fresh car battery on my workbench. Same issue, it would turn on for about a second after pressing the reset button, then turn off again.I called customer support at PyleUSA and they could only tell me to check the fuse. Obviously the fuse was good, it does turn on for a brief moment after-all. I returned the unit for a replacement. The new one came in and did the same thing. I am now returning the second one and will not be buying anything from Pyle ever again.

Great marine radio and easy install.
I had to wait several months to write a review due to this being a Christmas present for my parents. Their old radio on their boat died and I wanted to get them a replacement. I installed this radio last weekend and it is better than I expected. I love the bluetooth feature and ease in operating. The sound quality is great and the remote control is a great addition.

Good for the price
I have my deck installed inside my camper, so I can't rate the water resistance. As far as a working deck goes, it is a great unit for the price. I obviously didn't expect to have a Bose sound quality for the price. It is only a 200 watt receiver and that's all you get. It does power little speakers just fine. If you're looking or something loud out of the box, this might not be for you. I use mine for listening to music inside, which is good. Also, I mainly bought this for the Bluetooth capablilty that I can use for streaming movies and documentaries. For my streaming it works awesome. I plan to add a Pyle amp with bigger speakers for outdoor music, and will rate that this summer, once I put that together. Yes, I reccomend.

Often Doesn't Connect To Phone
Works well if you can get it to connect to your phone. Connects to my wife's but took several attemps over a couple of days to connect mine. From all the reviews it sounds like it often doesn't connect to people's phone. I'm going to return it and order a Kenwood or Sony. For an extra $70 it's worth it to have a stereo that actually works. The $20 one I bought in a pinch from Walmart before I got this one actually connected to anything I asked. Spend the extra money for a quality unit.
