There are no hard and fast rules when you work with the body mind interface. There is often more poetry and instinct than hard science. Upledger tries to mix the two better than most. LIke many books in this area, you will probably only find a few really valuable bits in it, but this has more than most. The science is not strong and it is all over the place at times but he does not get bogged down in shallow scientific realism, neither does he make phantasmagorical new agey statements.
