Buckwheat groats.
These packages are secured very good. The groats taste the same as the ones bought in mom and pops import stores in my area, but these are a better deal. Taste is as expected, cant beat a fresh bowl of hot groats with that wonderful smokey smell. Will buy again. I do Recommend for anyone who wonders if these are a good food and just want to try it. Maybe buy a single pack instead of this larger one. Definitely will keep an eye on the quality over time of purchaisng these to see if thereare any changes.

the product is bad quality,,, too much dirt in it. The price is too high. I used to buy in Russian store much cheaper. I guess I have to go back to the store
