Why doubt the manufacturer's website data? Those measurements are quite correct.

Q: How long are the bristles?

The bristles are about an inch and half long. the handle is very slippery and hard to hold when it gets wet. A very awkward design.

Q: can it attach to a long handle

I do not believe so. I just looked at the brush and the way the brush's handle is made, it is for use with a hand holding and not a long handle attached to it.
