This meal replacement keeps you full and it is easy to digest.

This product is outrageously expensive, but it is good. You can only use minimal water because your tummy is small it works. It tastes good and it doesn't upset your stomach. I will buy it again, the only reason not to buy it is the price.. .but if you need to get your protein and your stomach cam only take small drinks this thing is for you.

This Meal Replacement mixes really good in a Bullet Mixer. I use the water and powder as directed. I add frozen strawberries and a splash of fake sweetener. Then blend. It’s cold and thick. I love it. The frozen strawberries make it cold and thick.
