Great product
You know how everyone’s house has a smell?I’m very determined to make sure mine is clean and fresh but not offensively fragrantFirst, love the clean and sleek design.I have owned diffusers in the past, but none compares to this one.Because I can program this diffuser from my phone to turn on a few minutes before I return homeI don't feel as if I am wasting product, and the cartridge will last much longer. Also, I can program how much scent to release, so I can create a subtle but noticeable fragrance, which is what I am looking for.

Wifi connection not working
Impossible to connect to the app. Wifi not working. Useless piece of very expensive and noisy kit! Scent doesn't last as soon as you turn diffuser off. Do not recommend

Dumb 3.0 rather
I consider myself a tech savy, and I've never had such frustration with an electronic device.Connected and registered the diffuser. Two days later uh-oh your device is offline. Took another hour to connect the diffuser, it's either telling me WiFi password invalid, can't find the diffuser, or failed to register the diffuser to my account. When it finally connected and registered, everything goes back to the beginning in a few days. This thing simply sucks. Not to mention the schedule never worked from the beginning. If you still want to buy, DONT BUY THE WiFi version, it's more crappy then my dog's crap.

Great item very expensive though
Great that it lasts as long as it does and the scent it comes with is beautiful it’s a shame that it doesn’t come with a tester that fits in the machine though for that price

Smart looking but flawed
This item does look and feel great. I didn't get as far as using the app, I returned it before I got that far. The reason? Noisy!! It's supposed to be relaxing and calming, but when it's doing what it's designed to do, eg. Dispensing perfume it sounds like a sex toy! You can also hear it over the TV or radio volume. Apart from the price for the machine itself the capsules are way overpriced. For a top of the range machine it's one fault was too much for me.

Aera: Fragrance Diffuser (Smart 3.0)
I was so looking forward to trying this diffuser as I am big fan of aroma based products. The Smart 3.0 by Aera is not a cheap product (£200 at the time of review) and that's not including a scented capsule to get you started, so you would expect this to be a quality product and rightly so.As just mentioned, the capsules are a separate purchase so if you do decide to purchase a main unit (be it the 'Smart 3.0' or 'Touch' version), make sure you have a browse through the fragrances available and get one, otherwise you'll have an expensive paperweight...To get straight to the positive, the performance of the capsules are brilliant for the following reasons:• They aroma doesn't hit the back of your throat and make you feel like you're "being choked".• The scents are extremely pleasant (various scents available and are subjective to each individual); I purchased 'Moondance'.• Providing you set the unit at the appropriate settings and placed it in a good location, the fragrance will evenly disperse around the room.Unfortunately at the time of me writing this review, there are several issues with this product.Firstly, the included instruction manual is not clear enough; they've clearly made an effort to make it look fancy but it's just not practical. There are diagrams but no words to properly explain what you need to do or how to adjust certain settings (such as the timer) manually without the app.Secondly and the main reason to why this product is such a let down is down to their app 'Aera for Home', which by reading other reviews on the Android app store, I'm not the only one having issues. Initially the app found the diffuser but kept failing to connect; then when I finally got it connected but the diffuser wouldn't register itself so still couldn't use it through the app. Now, the app can't find it at all, despite me restarting my phone and the aera diffuser. This means I can't keep an accurate reading of how much the capsule has left nor set-up timers etc...All in all, this is not acceptable for such a premium product and Aera need to hire some developers to properly fix the app before people become disinterested. What a shame for a product that has so much potential.
