Very comfortable.
Almost 4 decades on the road. I have tried many, many holsters. I use this for every day concealed carry, when I am not wearing shorts! It is very high quality and very comfortable. I cannot address the longevity but in the short term, I am very impressed. Highly recommend.

Sig P-365 Ankle glove leather holster
The holster actually is fitted for the P-365 XL 9mm but the smaller standard P-365 fits good as well. Excellent Galco quality. No issues.

Don't fear the price..it's worth every penny
Messed around for over a year trying to ankle carry with cheap junk holsters. This was recommended to me by a friend, and the price tag initially scared me off. Finally I made the purchase with the leg strap (garter?), and I LOVE IT! Padding is amazing, stays put very well, velcro is excellent quality, fits and holds the 365 very firmly but still allows a nice draw. I can run in this holster if I needed to for a short while. It will flop a tiny but, but does damn good. Overall I will not purchase any other ankle holster from here on out. This one is too good. Costly, yes it is, but everything high quality is costly.

Tough to get this tight enough with the boot extension
I carry a P365 on my ankle as a back-up gun while out on patrol for our sheriff's office. The holster is sturdy, but it is difficult to get the ankle strap tight enough so that the whole holster doesn't move while trying to draw the pistol..
