Not what’s pictured
I guess I should’ve known that “pcb” was referring to the small circuit board. Without it, it’s not usable with the Victron battery monitors. No problem returning it (so far) and I’m just out shipping costs (both ways).

Careful - this is not the same product as the photo. The photos show a Victron shunt with the circuitry necessary to connect to a Victron monitor. The product received (see photo) is without the circuit board. The text description does say "PCB is not included", and I now understand the "PCB" is the circuitry, but the photo clearly shows it included and the text description is rather cryptic. To their credit, the vendor did process a refund (although I will need to swallow the shipping cost).
