Tricky setup comfortable use
This was a bit tricky to setup but nothing undoable. Have been using it for about month, seems solid. The back wheel is smooth and works well. Good value for the money.

Best design
The headgear that came with my VR headset was difficult to adjust while on and unable to fit smaller sized heads with stability. This new headgear adjusts to a wide range of sizes, on or off, easily and very stable. This is what the should have come with the set to start with

Great for kids
The original oculus headset didn’t fit the younger/smaller kids so we got this. It works perfect.

Great for families
The oculus was kind of a pain out of the box because everyone in my family has a different sized noggin. My youngest couldn't easily adjust it himself when it was his turn. This thing simplifies all of that and makes the device way more shareable. I highly recommend this to families with young kids.

This works great
It works great and it makes it comfortable to keep Oculus on my head for hours. The only thing I would change in this is more detailed documentation on how to put it together it did take a little bit of figuring out on my own end.

Way better than the straps the Oculus Quest 2 comes with.
I bought 2 of these for 2 separate devices. I didn't have any issues installing either, after reading the instructions. They've been used for a month now and we've had no problems.

Does not fit the arm of Oculus Q2
This does not fit my Oculus Quest 2. The arm that holds the strap does not snap on the Quest 2’a arm, its too narrow. What a let down

An improvement over the stock strap, with some caveats
This is absolutely, 100% an improvement over the elastic strap that comes in the box with the Quest 2. I can't say how it compares to the Elite strap because I have never used one, but the design is visually similar so I'm guessing that they are functionally virtually identical, and it definitely competes on price. It does a much better job than the stock strap of balancing the weight of the headset so that it's not all carried directly on your face, which makes VR sessions of any duration much more comfortable. It even fits in the stock Q2 carrying case if you ratchet the strap back down (at least, the medium size does—I don't know if the large one would). In spite of these positive impressions, I gave it a middling three stars for a couple of important reasons:1) As some other reviewers have observed, it feels—and in some cases, may actually BE—virtually impossible to securely install. The buckles that attach the strap to the headset have two parts: a larger part that goes over the entire outside of the arm of the headset and provides an attachment point for the strap (I'll call this the "strap mount"), and a smaller part with tabs that snap into slots on the larger part to secure the strap in place over the attachment point (I'll call this the "retaining clip"). Due to the relative inflexibility of the plastic used, and the manufacturing tolerances of the parts, getting the strap mounts securely installed on each arm requires enough force that it feels like you might damage the headset if you're not careful—and if you're TOO careful, it can seem like you've gotten the strap mount securely installed when you actually haven't, and it could pop back off at an inopportune time. Similarly, the retaining clips require considerable force to make the tabs fully engage with their slots in the strap mounts, but at least with the retaining clips it's clearer when they are properly installed.2) If you do manage to get it securely installed, the amount of tension on the tabs that hold the retaining clips in place means that you have to be VERY careful when adjusting the position of the headset on your face, always remembering to loosen the strap with the knob in the back first, especially if you're going to do something like raise the headset up over your eyes to look outside VR. Otherwise, you will probably end up eventually causing a stress fracture in one or more of the retaining clips' tabs, as in the photo. However, it held up quite well for a while before #2 became an issue, and, again, was much more comfortable than the stock strap—I'd rate it much more harshly otherwise. I think this strap would be a great option for someone who is looking to replace the stock elastic strap and is more conscientious than me. I'm trying my luck with one of the halo/hat-style straps rather than buy another one of these, though.

Perfect
This product by far accomplishes all which it is meant to. I was nervous buying a 3rd party head strap but this product has been putting all my worries to rest ever since I originally bought it months ago. Fits in most cases, feels comfortable, super cheap.

lower price, lower quality
Overall it is a good product and it gets the job done. It is mostly comfortable and holds the headset well.It did have major issues with the back head piece moving from on side to another like the gear slipped a few teeth, only lasting a handful of sessions before slipping again. They know its an issue when they gave me a pre made document on how to fix the issue by taking apart the headset myself. It is a hassle by the way. Not terribly difficult, but you will need to remove the padding and need a screwdriver.A few days ago the side strap just completely broke on me and it is now un usable. I have used the strap for just under a year. I used the headset frequently but never abused it or thrown it around. Overall quality is okay but ymmv.
