How are the spatulas at flipping? My current ones have a slight angle, these look straight.

They are straight and large. Good for flipping

is the silicone soft & flexible or is it hard?

Mostly soft but harder where it needs the support.

The box it came in yesterday (Sept. 24, 2022) says BPA-FREE MATERIAL plus also says FOOD GRADE SILICONE.
