Excellent product and customer service!
I am absolutely in love with this chandelier. I was looking for something close to ceiling but everywhere I looked, there weren't many options to choose from plus all the chandeliers I came across looked bland/boring. When I stumbled upon this chandelier specifically, I decided to order it and give it a try. I am so happy I did. The pictures don't do justice to how this looks in person. This chandelier brought a perfect balance of classy yet elegant look to my living room. And while I purchased this chandelier for my living room, I have to say you can really put this in any room in the house because of its natural look. I hate flashy things but surprisingly, this chandelier strikes the right balance and was the perfect addition that made my living room the best room to hang out in now. I didn't realize when placing the order but the chandelier has multiple light settings (so you can either make the light bright, warm hued or dim- really depends on your mood and occasion). The best part: it comes with a remote control (which I didn't really see advertised). All this said, the part that impressed me the most is the excellent customer service I received. There was a question with my order and the seller was prompt in answering any questions I had and overall, ensuring excellent customer service throughout. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend this Company as well as this chandelier to anyone.

Very poor quality. Came with broken glass even the spare glass provided was broken to
The chandelier is very pretty but the material is not good. I Baught it while my construction was goin on . When the contractor started unwrapping it, it was broken from many places some pieces started falling out and then we noticed the spare piece are Brocken to. I was not able to return it since it was more than a month.

Brigh and elegant
Very elegant and modern looking hanging light. You'll need an extra set of hands to install, but not a difficult task. My hallway entrance looks very bright and inviting.

THIS LIGHT IS LIKE ROYALTY, ITS BEAUTIFUL AND ELEGANT, BUT ITS HEAVY AND VERY HARD TO INSTALL, NEEDS AT LEAST 2 PERSONS TO HOLD IT UP. BUT WILL BUY IT AGAIN ANYTIME
