It’s easy to use and carry. Therma Plast Hot Pack gives warmth by “Air Activated” for 10 hours. It’s easy to use by just tearing the pack and put it on the pain area to reduce the pain, relieve muscle, increase blood circulation and warmth. It’s light which makes it easy to use and carry. Directions 1. Tear the outer plastic pack and peel glue strip out to let the pad react with oxygen in the air. 2. Put the glue side on the cloth on painful area. 3. Cover with outer cloth such as jacket or trouser to keep the temperature and warmth. 4. It will be hotter in 15-30 minutes until reaching 50 – 60 °C for 10 hours for warmth and muscle relieve. 5.
