El proveedor sin mas tramite que el de narrar este hecho, me mando los repuestos.Yo habia tratado de contactar a sofucr (marca) y no podia resolver el temaUna felicitacion por tres cosas:1.- Todos mo "chulean" los ventiladores por ser esteticos y modernos2.- Nada de ruido y muy buen flujo de aire3.- El servicio postventa es, por decir lo menos, excepcional

I am very sensitive to noise so searched high and low for a bedroom ceiling fan. THIS IS IT! Low profile, gorgeous quality, powerful (moves decent air) and very very very quiet. I chose the one without a light b/c I read some reviews that if the fan is on, some dim light comes through even on the “off” light setting so….. that was a deal breaker for me since I like my room DARK when sleeping.If you want a high quality fan, great air movement, low profile and quiet … but this one.

Story time! I love my house, but when I purchased it 10 years ago some parts had not been updated since the 1990's. Little by little, I started changing things here and there, budget permitting, until one day I thought 'Oh boy, these old dirty fans have got to go!' That's how a few months ago I got on Amazon and started searching and found these wonderfully stylish 52'' Sofucor fans...Their solid wooden look and simple-yet-effective design are exactly what I was looking for. Nothing complicated. In my mind, when it comes to ceiling fans, less is more. Right there and then I purchased two: one for each bedroom, both with LED lights (as in the second picture attached).I gotta say, they were SO EASY to install. Anyone can do it. Just follow the instructions on the online video and you'll be fine. I did have to email the manufacturer once, but actually, the problem was on my end; still, they replied super fast and checked again on me later to make sure everything was in order. Superb customer service!The new fans instantly changed the room from what I had before. It was so dramatic! So sleek looking! I kept congratulating myself on the purchase. Ha! I should also mention that the materials appear to be of very good quality. Metal casing, wooden blades, robust construction (yet surprisingly light compared to my old bulky fans!). Everything one would hope for.Then a couple of weeks ago I thought 'Alright man, it's time to update my living room fans too; those old tacky fans have got to go!' I took the plunge and bought two more Sofucors of the same 52'' model but without the LED light. My old fans did not have lights, so that was OK, and I wanted to experiment with the slightly different model in the living room area. I was not disappointed. They look so amazing! They tie together the style of my house so well! The wooden blades blend in perfectly with my wooden ceiling, and I love that you can see the brushed metal screws that attach the blades to the motor. Once again very easy to install (I think I put up both of them in an hour, after removing the old ones, which was also easy).What else can I say? I am a really happy Sofucor customer! You can't go wrong with this choice as far as style and ease of installation... I guess there are a few more things:- Already on speed setting 1 these fans move air VERY effectively. I don't think I'll ever need more than speed setting 2. Yet they are very quiet! The DC motor is excellent in this regard.- The LED light is very bright. I almost never need it, but when I do, well... you get the brightness you would expect from LEDs!- These fans are very energy efficient! Both LEDs and DC motors are energy-efficient technologies.- Finally, the remote works exactly as you would expect: you can use it for all the functions: light, speed, and reverse direction. That's all you'll ever need.Look no further!
