The corkscrew is solidly built with no obvious defects. As well as being incredibly useful, this is the kind of product you could leave out on display. The arms are strong and effortlessly left corks from a bottle. The additional wine stopper is a nice touch and has a graded prong so that it fits lots of different sizes of bottles. Looks very classy if you haven’t managed to drink the whole thing! The stopper is quite heavy so I would suggest only using on bottles that are a third full or more.

Weight and build quality: It has a solid, durable feel and has a good weight to it - it doesn’t look or feel cheap like some of the other openers I’ve tried in this price range. The mechanism is smooth, and it pulls corks out cleanly with minimal effort — even those stubborn synthetic ones. Comfort & usability: The grip is comfortable, and I like that it has a classic winged design, which is easy to use even if you don’t open bottles often. The included bottle stopper is a nice bonus and works well to keep an unfinished bottle fresh for a couple of days. It creates a decent seal and is easy to insert and remove. Tried to open a beer and the metal just bent itself and could not open the beer. Tried to open a wine bottle, it crumbled the cork due to a wide thread. Will be returning, do not buy.
